A Message From Our Founder
On June 28th, 2024, I was involved in a car accident, followed by the loss of my mother and the end of my job. These events made me realize that life doesn’t wait for us to be ready—it demands action. I asked myself, “Will I keep making excuses or take the leap?”
At 51, after years of running from my past, I decided to step forward and create something meaningful. And so, Catopia Cat Sanctuary was born.
Cats have always shown me unconditional love and acceptance. Their loyalty and ability to love without hesitation has inspired me. They deserve the same love and care, and now it’s our turn to give back.
Together, we can create a world where these amazingy creatures are valued and cherished. Let’s make a difference, one paw at a time.

Catopia Cat Sanctuary is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization recognized by the IRS, dedicated to providing a safe and loving home for rescue cats in Fort Worth, Texas. Established in 2024, our mission is to create a formal sanctuary facility where rescue cats can thrive and find their forever homes. We rely on the generosity of our community to support our efforts to care for these feline companions. Thanks for supporting our cat charity.
Purpose
Our primary mission is to rescue and care for homeless cats in need. We're seeking those who wish to provide foster homes and forever homes for the rescue cats in our care. We encourage responsible pet ownership, and promote Trap/Neuter/Vaccinate/Release programs
